EA’s Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online game is in open beta, and it’s a lot of fun. As a former Apple II enthusiast (owned an Apple IIc and Apple IIgs in the late 80s), I think it’s awesome that there’s still a fan community out there developing for the platform. Engadget posted about a new Apple II digital music synthesizer.

Macmillan is forcing Amazon to go along with their e-book price fixing scheme. Price fixing is usually illegal in this country, but there are often loopholes and exceptions to laws.
