Dell Drops Price on Mini 10
The new Dell Mini 10 can be had with decent specs for just $299. Includes Windows XP, 10 inch screen, 160gb hard drive, and an Intel Atom Processor Z520. Not bad. Available for preorder with a preliminary ship date of 4/10/2009 with free 2nd business day shipping. The Z520 chip is a cooler and more energy efficient than the more common Atom N270 used in the Dell Mini 9 and other netbooks, but also a little slower.
