Newegg has the Ectaco jetBook e-book reader for $169.99 with free shipping.

While DRM’d books are not supported, the jetBook does support an impressive variety of formats: .txt, .pdf, .fb2, Mobi, PRC, EPUB, RTF0. The screen is reflexive LCD, not e-paper, but battery life is still claimed to be 20 hours of constant use. The built in 112mb of storage can be expanded via SD card.
